摘要：《殷芸小说》是六朝重要小说之一，但目前研究比较缺乏。本文初步探讨了此书的一些问题，指出姚振宗以《殷芸小说》为“《通史》之外乘”的说法错误，并评价了它在保存六朝文献方面的重要价值和内容上，注意到它的俗化倾向和特点。

Abstract: Yin-yun Xiaoshuo is a important fiction of Six Dynasties .Therehave been lack of reasearch about this book for a long time. This paper points out the view that Yin-yun Xiaoshuo is a additional documents of Tongshi(General History) is wrong. Yin-yun Xiaoshuo has the character ofpopular inclination andgreatvalue in keeping the book and documents of Six Dynasties.

汉魏六朝小说留传至今的极少，梁代殷芸的《小说》无疑是其中重要的一种。目前学界对此书的研究较为薄弱，存在着一些模糊的甚至是错误的认识，而在文献辑录和考订方面也还留有一些问题。
